Atterbury Consultants, Inc. is available for all aspects of working with legal cases involving timber trespass, timberland appraisal, and timber valuation. We can provide court testimony, documents, and exhibits for cases that go to trial. Our GIS staff can provide maps and imagery suitable for use in courtroom situations. Maps need to be simple, understandable, and large enough for people to see key points at a distance. Additionally, we can provide color pictures printed up to 36 inches wide for use in a courtroom.

We also can provide timber cruising services using our in-house foresters. Cruising can be done on standing timber or in situations requiring a “stump cruise” This is where the timber has already been logged and removed. In that case, the stumps are measured and correlated to a cruise of standing trees in a nearby stand.
