Dear Prospective Purchaser,
We are providing a
vicinity map,
a brochure, and an
information
request form for the sale of the Nicoll Family
Tree Farm totaling approximately 100 acres. The
property is located in both Polk and Yamhill
counties. It is readily accessible from highway 22
and is only 2 miles off of highway 18, near the
Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde’s Spirit Mountain
Casino.
The sale of the property is for
land and timber. In addition to the land and timber,
the property has an abandoned clay pit. The 3.58
acre clay pit contains clay used extensively for
making brick and pipe in the family’s brick
business.

The detailed information
package contain contour maps, an aerial photograph,
type maps, inventory summaries, legal descriptions,
